| Dave Barno I have been type 2 diabetic for 5 years. My hobby is elite power lifting (elite being the top level). With diabetes it was hard to make progress, as the body did not recover from workouts as fast as it did before I was diabetic. This year I discovered a web site that had an herbal tea called Milagro de la Selva. I read up about it on the Internet and decided to try it. I had a weight lifting record I wanted to achieve, so I knew I needed something that would help me with the blood sugar.
